Poopy Toilet Water

So...my day has been fabulous so far.

Maddy went poopy in the big girl potty. All by herself!

However, she wiped her own tooshie. She used too much toilet paper. When the toilet backed up, she didn't call for help. Oh, no, not my independent girl. She grabbed the toilet brush and poked that down in all the mess of toilet paper. Then she flushed the toilet again, which filled the bowl up more. When the toilet brush didn't work, she took it out and placed it on the floor next to the toilet (all covered in wet toilet paper). Then she got the plunger and tried to use that like Daddy does to fix the toilet. She plunged, she flushed; again and again, filling the toilet that much more with water.

Meanwhile, I'm downstairs changing over laundry, when all of a sudden I hear running dripping water. I step out of our laundry room into our furnace / storage room and notice water running from the ceiling duct work.

I run upstairs to find Maddy in a puddle of poopy toilet water, still trying to plunge and flush. I had to unplug the toilet, wash the poopy toilet water off the floor, clean the entire toilet (thoroughly splashed due to Maddy's energetic plunging), and give Maddy a bath.

GALLONS of water have since poured down the air conditioning vent in the bathroom and into our ducting system. Hence is why water was pouring out downstairs. This happened around 9:30 AM this morning; it's now 2:30 PM and water is still dripping. So I can't wash the downstairs floor until the dripping stops.

Brice said to turn the fan on so that the air flow would help to evaporate the water in the ductwork. Basically, we're humidifying our house with poopy toilet water. Anyone want to come over?
